EMC's Information Storage and Management v2 E10-001 Certification Exam


EMC Education Services has invested on addressing the widening knowledge gap in the industry - to enable non-EMC users, as well as university students, to take advantage of the storage technology “open” curriculum to build a successful career in this high-growth industry. 

As a step towards addressing the growing storage skill gap, Information Storage and Management course was launched. Over the years, the industry has transformed from a classical to virtualized to cloud environments, and so have the technologies enabling them. Keeping in mind these changes , EMC recently updated the course and launched a new version titled Information Storage and Management v2

The course gives an insight into data center key elements, intelligent storage systems, storage networking technologies, and various business continuity options – along with security and management of a storage infrastructure. 



The contents are covered across 5 sections spanning - Storage System - Storage Networking Technologies - Backup, Archive, and Replication - Cloud computing - Security and Management of storage infrastructure.



Apart from the technology updates, the Concept in Practice (CIP) covers latest EMC products like - VMAX and VNX, Isilon ,Avamar & Data Domain, RecoverPoint, Vblock and UIM , RSA products, VPLEX, ESXi , Atmos, Unisphere and Prosphere.

Finally, the Information Storage Associate (EMCISA) v2  will now aligned be to a new E10-001 exam under EMC Proven Professional Certification framework, where as  E20-001 exam is being retired.
